September 12 – December 1, 2019

The industrial history of Tula is related to the production of acoustic equipment. It was the Oktava microphone, into which Yuri Gagarin said his famous “Let’s go!”. The Ekaterinburg-based musician Alexander Gagarin and his band Sansara recorded a special single at the Oktava studio. It will be the soundtrack for the whole 5th Ural Industrial Biennial of Contemporary Art. Thus the sound continues living in the tracks of yet another Gagarin and its history goes on.
